Design file is ready to print only with layout to cylinder, with registration and mounting marks, with prepared according to our printing standard contones (tiff images), distortion ready, and trapped. In this case you pay only for printing, films and plates. Any file not completed to any or all this conditions is not ready for print and must be prepressed. Payment fee is around $20 per hour of our technician.

Технологические требования:

• Design must be done with layout on vector editing software, we can take only: Adobe Illustrator (EPS, AI), Corel Draw (CDR), Barco PackEdge (GRS) files. Files from other software must be exported to these formats.
• Raster images (contone) must be added at separate folder in PSD or TIF formats, with layers and LAB color model. CMYK also possible but it must be CMYK profile given.
• Minimum line width - 0.15 mm single and 0.2 mm in negative
• Minimum type size - 6 pt single and 8 pt  in negative
• Maximum imagesetter film - 730x556 mm
• All types must be converted to curves
• Add the used type at separate folder
• Use only Postscript types
• Destroy all unused colors from design
• If your design must be with white color underprinted or with extra color according to Pantone Сoated, it should be in separate layer and mark as SPOT color on publication and with proper number marked
• Maximum total ink color in darks 395%
• Raster images must have 2% of each color in lights, printing plate cannot reproduce less then 2% colors, it turns to dirty dots on printing
• For real WISWIG representing on your screen, you should calibrate it and ask for proper material profiles
• Design must be only in CMYK model layout. Check you design for RGB imported datas

• Adobe Photoshop.
  File format TIF. No compression. Image size 100 % to print size, resolution 300 dpi. No rotation in vector software.
  File format EPS. Preview – tif 8 bits/pixel. DCS – Single file with color composite (72 pixel/inch). Encoding – Binary.
• CorelDraw
  (note! Do not use it if possible) most of designs prepared in this programme, must be redone. It takes time and your money. But if in any case you use it, please covert your design to EPS. Check its design elements and layers after. You can also convert it to TIF with resolution 300 dpi, but type’s lines will be not straight in this case, and all small text will be lost. 
• Also you can separate in different part vector and raster images for simplifying the next preparing, but you must contact to our technician before.
